For the couple who’s planned it all but needs someone to step in and make sure it runs smoothly. We’ll start working together 4–6 weeks out to finalize the details and ensure everything flows perfectly.

  • Vendor communication starting 4 weeks out

  • Rehearsal coordination

Day-of Coordination

You’ve done the planning — now enjoy the day. We’ll be the calm, organized presence handling everything behind the scenes so you don’t have to.

Includes:

  • 1-hour pre-wedding meeting

  • Custom day-of timeline

  • On-site coordination for up to 8 hours

  • Setup oversight + end-of-night teardown guidance
